The Bon Group appoints first ever General Manager
April 16, 2024

After nearly two decades of operations The Bon Group - Bon Leisure™, Bon Golf™, Bon Analytics™ and Bon Education™ - has appointed Kristin Bell as its first General Manager.

Catering to a diverse clientele including aquatic and recreation centres, event/sporting venues, golf clubs, libraries and various public facilities, The Bon Group has earned acclaim for its focus on cultivating customer-centric cultures that drive enhanced services and subsequent financial gains. With a team comprising expert trainers, strategy management specialists, mentoring professionals, and psychology experts, the Melbourne-based company’s appointment of Bell is expected to drive further growth of its business.

With over 95 dedicated individuals in the field and core staff, The Bon Group is poised for significant growth under Bell's leadership.

Welcoming Bell, Bon Leisure Chief Executive, Michael Ryle stated "Kristin's extensive experience in project management, leadership, and relationship management will propel our business to new heights. We are delighted to welcome her aboard."

Bell brings a wealth of expertise to the group garnered from her background in fitness centres, broadcast operations as part of the Melbourne Commonwealth Games organising committee, and, notably, 18 years of invaluable operational experience with international consulting groups.

Her addition to The Bon Group team is anticipated to enhance the company's offerings and capabilities, combining her health and fitness background, and consulting operational lens, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
