read moreAustralia’s biggest indoor golf brand, X-Golf, is set open its second dual-brand location in Western Australia as of next month with golfing enthusiasts able to test their skills at the six-simulator indoor venue or putt for fun at the brand’s unique 18-hole mini golf experience, Hey Caddy.
Located at Rockingham Centre along Syren Street, X-Golf Rockingham is the brand’s fourth location in Western Australia and will open to the public on Friday, 8th December.
X-Golf General Manager Alex Makkreel said that, of the 21 locations Australia wide, X-Golf and Hey Caddy patrons in the west have showed particularly incredible support and are very engaged in leagues, lessons and with the brand overall.
Makkreel noted “we’ve seen an outstanding uptake from customers in WA and we’re absolutely thrilled to be launching yet another X-Golf location in Rockingham and bringing something really unique to this fantastic community.
“The recently opened X-Golf Bunbury has been tremendously well received and we’ve also seen our latest X-League National Champions come out of Balcatta.
“With three venues opening in WA this year, golf fans over here aren’t showing any signs of slowing down.”
Rockingham’s only one-stop-shop for indoor golfing, X-Golf gives locals access to the world’s best virtual courses and driving ranges where players of all levels can enjoy a hit.
Under the same roof yet a little more light-hearted is Hey Caddy, an 18-hole immersive putt-putt experience where each green boasts unique destination-inspired themes.
As part of X-Golf’s ‘golf entertainment’ experience, the new venue will also include two fully licensed bars, extensive food options, darts lanes, an outdoor beer garden, party rooms and big screen TVs broadcasting sporting action, making this unlike anything within Rockingham’s existing entertainment offerings.
Makkreel added “we’re all about creating a fun and inclusive experience here at X-Golf and Rockingham will be no exception.
“Our team has planned an epic venue which will be suited to a wide array of guests whether you’re clever with a club not.”
X-Golf Rockingham will employ over 20 local staff members and will be open seven days a week.
