At the core of the concept of working out in a room infused with infrared technology, J.I.M. founder Jarad Hobbs explains "I really just wanted to redefine the gym experience to get more people moving, and it just made sense to combine infrared heat with workouts."
Hobbs notes that the concept of J.I.M goes beyond physical fitness, emphasising inclusivity and comfort with its studios designed to be dark with no mirrors, allowing members to focus on their journey without external scrutiny.
Hobbs’ journey with J.I.M reflects his commitment to making fitness accessible, enjoyable and holistic, with an artificial intelligence (AI) persona named ‘JIM’ guiding workouts and an environment free from judgment.
Inviting fitness enthusiasts, investors and wellness advocates to join the movement, J.I.M. currently has three locations currently open, seven sold and 15 reserved territories.
Internationally the infrared fitness has garnered attention from fitness enthusiasts and celebrities with Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez and Joe Rogan reportedly impressed by its benefits.
